If there is one thing I like that’s a party…and recently there have been some great party’s and events that I’ve had the pleasure of attending! Here are a few of my favourite events and outfits from the past few months.
I love getting glammed up and that’s exactly what I did for The Sun’s Bizarre annual showbiz party. Attending the party which was held at Steam and Rye. I wore a floor length red dress from Charlotte Crosby’s fashion line with InTheStyle. I kept the accessories simple as the dress did enough talking for itself… I like to experiment with Fashion and the dress I wore to James Ingham’s Jog On To Cancer event was definitely, ermmm… What people would call experimental but I loved it! The event was held at Kensington Roof Gardens. The Jog On To cancer event was for a great cause, Cancer Research is a charity I support whole-heartedly. There were so many people there supporting the cause I couldn’t possibly name them all! Alesha Dixon was one of those and my goodness she is just stunning! There where performances from Sam Bailey, Beverley Knight and Marvin Humes was on the decks. James Ingham sure knows how to throw an event. I had such a fab time, catching up with a few familiar faces, and as soon as it hit midnight the champagne was opened and we celebrated my birthday!
The launch of Hot Gossip, Lizzie Cundy and Mark Dolan’s new radio show on FUBAR Radio was a lovely evening held at GI GIs in Mayfair. I loved the atmosphere and there was some fabulous people in attendance. One girl that I did talk to and spent most of the night with was Helen Wood. I had never met her before and never seen her at any other events, we got chatting and have to say she was a lovely girl. That said … never judge a book by its cover , well I will hold my hands up and say I probably did judge her before I met her and I got it completely wrong, she is a lovely girl who speaks her mind, something I love about someone. Casey Batchelor was looking glamorous as ever in a floral dress and her hair is gorgeous! So shiny! I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Richard Desmond and his wife Joy, who I must say looked phenomenal after only giving birth a few month ago.
The champagne was flowing all night and must admit I had one too many, which wasn’t the best idea since I had to be up early the next morning to appear on the show! I have to say it was my first radio interview and I absolutely loved it! I got asked few questions about my previous love life and it was the first time I slightly opened up and spoke about it. What I wasn’t enjoying was the windy weather that day which blew my dress up for the world to see my nic naks!!! Although they seem to look like I stole them off Bridget Jones I assure you they were a lot cuter then they looked!!
Straight from the interview I went for lunch at Sushi Samba which was so good I can’t even put it into words.The food and view was unbelievable. After lunch I headed back to the hotel and had a rest before going to Sam Faiers secret and lies book launch. Sam looked gorgeous. That girl sure knows how to dress, she looked stunning in a white maxi skirt and beaded floral top.
